Thaitambon.com accommodates information on Thailand's sub-districts (or Tambon) which amounts to 7,405 in total. This web site started its online operation from June 2000. ThaiTambon.com has a large and comprehensive data base system which is user friendly and it can be expanded to serve a large number of data. The contents Sub-district information, Location maps, Occupation group information and products, OTOP Products (based on One Tambon One Product Concept) , E-Commerce for Tambon hand-made products, SME products, and data base links to thousands of export companies with special menu and search features.  In addition to the above, ThaiTambon.com has included pictures and information on the interesting tourism spots for each sub-district in Thailand. ThaiTambon.com is a non-profit making unit which helps promote Thai products from the grass roots level up to SME and exporters level. We have the cooperations from several government organizations, e.g. the Community Development Department, Ministry of Interior ; the Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, the Cooperative Promotion Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives; Bangkok Metropolitan Authority, Internet Thailand (PLC), Ltd. |
